Aesthetic Index Canada is a clinic growth platform that includes a public marketplace, profile claims, booking connections, visibility summaries and practical business resources. A listing, grade, partner feature, or source link is not medical advice, a safety guarantee, or an endorsement by Health Canada or Google.

Rankings and partnerships

Partnerships, sponsored features and commercial relationships are labelled. Payment, a clinic subscription, Zenome membership, online-booking availability, or a claim request does not change an evidence score or editorial ranking. Businesses may request a correction and should provide a source that supports the change.

Claims and listing control

Submitting “Claim free profile” creates a pending request for manual review. The marketplace already links the clinic website and Google profile where available; the optional booking field is only for a direct appointment page. After approval, a clinic may request corrections and a Growth Snapshot that excludes visitor search and health information. Approval may publish an Owner verified status and remove the public claim action, but it does not transfer unrestricted control, approve requested edits, publish a booking link, create a paid subscription or verify clinical quality. Aesthetic Index may request additional evidence and may approve, reject, revoke or close a request.

Clinic invitations

Aesthetic Index may invite a clinic to review and claim a public profile using a documented business-contact basis. A publicly displayed email is not automatically eligible: the source, publication context, relevance to the clinic’s business and any notice against unsolicited messages must be reviewed first. Invitations identify Aesthetic Index, include an unsubscribe option and are limited to five provider-accepted messages per day. Receiving an invitation does not mean the listing is claimed. An Owner verified badge is displayed only after a separate manual ownership review and confirms the reviewed business contact, not clinical quality, practitioner credentials, treatment results, device status or editorial rank.

Booking and Zenome links

A “Book now” link means the clinic’s exact HTTPS appointment destination was manually checked and available when reviewed. Ownership approval and booking-link verification are separate decisions. A submitted link remains private and pending until both reviews are complete. A published link does not prove a completed appointment, current subscription or billing status and does not make Aesthetic Index responsible for the clinic’s availability, services, booking terms, care, cancellations or payments. Zenome and other booking providers are separate services with their own terms. Campaign parameters may accompany a Zenome referral.

Growth measurements

Profile views, calls, website visits and booking starts are directional platform activity measurements. They are not guaranteed leads, revenue or completed appointments. Profile completeness is an operational checklist only and never changes editorial ranking or represents clinical quality.

Licence language

An MDEL concerns establishment activities and does not approve a specific device. Class II, III and IV device claims should be matched to an active MDALL record using the manufacturer, device name, licence number, or device identifier.

Third-party information

Public business information and official government records remain subject to their source terms. Information can change; buyers and patients should verify current records before making a decision.
